How do I recieve my Win/Loss Statement?
Tracking your wins and losses is quick, easy, and always available. Nearly all of your gaming activity can be viewed directly from your account, giving you real‑time access to your wagers, winnings, and transactions in one secure place. This is the fastest way to stay informed about your play—anytime you need it.
View Your Own Activity
You can check up to 12 months of your gaming history directly on the site:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Wallet > History.
- Review your transactions, including wagers, wins, deposits, withdrawals, and games you’ve played within the 12-month span.
This is the fastest way to keep track of your spending, winnings, and overall results.
What’s in the Win/Loss Statement?
Your Win/Loss Statement includes:
- Total Winnings – how much you've won.
- Total Losses – how much you've lost.
- Net Win/Loss – the difference between winnings and losses.
Requesting a Full Win/Loss Statement or Older Records
Online gaming in Ontario is managed by iGaming Ontario and any request for gaming history or account information that you cannot access yourself, older than 12 months, due to an account closure, needs to be submitted directly to them. These requests are handled under Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
