NFL Betting Guide
The NFL is back — and so is gameday!
Whether you're placing your first bet or building your boldest Same Game Parlay, this is your playbook. Everything you need to bet the season with confidence — how it works, live betting, cash out, and settlement — all in one place. Let's get you in the game.
How do I bet on NFL games?
Head to the Sportsbook and tap NFL (or Football) to see every upcoming game. From there you can bet the moneyline (who wins), the spread (the margin), or the total (combined points), plus dozens of player and game props. Tap any odds to add them to your betslip, enter your stake, and place your bet.
What's a Same Game Parlay, and can I build one for NFL?
Yes. A Same Game Parlay (SGP) lets you combine multiple bets from the same NFL game — say a team to win, a player to score, and the game to go over — into one betslip for a bigger potential payout. Open any NFL game, add the legs you want, and we'll price it as a single parlay. Just remember: every leg has to hit for the parlay to win.
Can I bet once the game has kicked off?
Absolutely — that's Live Betting. Odds update in real time as the action unfolds, so you can bet the next drive, the next score, or the final result while you watch. Look for the “Live” tab or the pulse icon on in-progress games.
Can I cash out an NFL bet before it's over?
On eligible bets, yes. Cash Out lets you lock in a return before the final whistle — take a profit early or cut a loss. Availability changes with the live odds and isn't offered on every market, so if you see the Cash Out button on your bet, it's good to go in that moment.
When do NFL bets get settled?
Most NFL bets are graded and paid shortly after the game or market becomes official. If a game is postponed, suspended, or canceled, wagers are handled according to our Sportsbook House Rules. You can find the full grading and settlement details in the House Rules linked in the app.
Are there NFL promotions or boosts this season?
We run boosts and offers throughout the NFL season, and the ones available to you can change week to week. For the latest, check your email and the Promotions page in the app — each offer has its own terms, so give those a quick read before opting in.
What happens to my NFL bet if a game is postponed, suspended, or canceled?
Sometimes an NFL game gets moved, paused, or called off. Here's how it generally works:
- Postponed or rescheduled: your bet usually stands as long as the game is played within the window set out in our Sportsbook House Rules. If it isn't, affected bets are voided and your stake is returned.
- Suspended after kickoff: once a game is official, bets are settled on the result. If it can't be completed in time, affected bets are voided and refunded — though markets that have already been decided are typically settled as normal.
- Fully canceled: open bets on that game are voided and your stake is returned.
For the exact timeframes and how each market is treated, see our Sportsbook House Rules — that's always the final word.
How is overtime handled for NFL bets?
For most full-game markets — moneyline, spread, and total — overtime counts, so your bet is settled on the final score including OT. Some markets, like quarter, half, or certain player props, may settle on regulation only. Check the market details or our House Rules to see exactly how a bet is graded.
How are NFL player props graded?
Player props settle on official NFL stats once the game is final. If a player doesn't take part in the game, props for that player are usually voided and stakes returned. Official stat corrections after the game may affect settlement, in line with our House Rules.
What happens to my Same Game Parlay if one leg is voided?
If a leg of your NFL Same Game Parlay is voided — say a player is a late scratch — that leg drops out and your parlay is recalculated on the remaining legs, so the rest of your bet still stands. Depending on how many legs are affected, the wager may settle as a smaller parlay or be refunded, per our House Rules.
