To reset your password, please follow these steps:

• Select "Forgotten Password?" on the login screen.
• Enter your registered email address.
• You’ll receive a link to reset your password (valid for 30 minutes).
• Create a new password and log in.

To close your account, simply contact our 24/7 Support Team via email or Live Chat. Once your request for account closure is received, it will be processed immediately and a confirmation email will be sent.

If you prefer a temporary break, use the Account Cool Off feature (1 day to 3 months) via the Responsible Gaming page. Once a Cool Off is set, it cannot be ended prematurely.

5. Enter Your Wager Amount: Specify the amount you’d like to wager for each game or event.
6. Remove a Wager (if needed): If you want to delete a wager, select the (X) icon next to it.
7. Place Your Bet: Once all wagers are ready, click 'Place Bet'.
8. Keep Selections: If you’d like to retain the same selections for a new bet slip, check the box for 'Keep selections in the bet slip'.

The Bally Bet trading team may occasionally set limits on how much you can wager. These limits can apply to specific sports markets, events, your account, or certain types of bets. Please keep in mind these limits cannot be overridden or changed by Customer Support.

There are various reasons why limits might be in place, such as:

• Existing wagers on an event.
• The type of wager you’re trying to place.
• Your past activity with Bally Bet.

If you see a message indicating that you’ve hit a limit, please adjust your wager accordingly. Wagering limits are reviewed periodically based on the bets placed.

Wagers cannot be canceled or changed after submission. If you see an error or need a review, contact support. If you want to cash out your wager early, check to see if the cash-out option is available.

Yes, but only when the Cash Out option is available for your bet. When it's available, look for the Cash Out option in your Bet Slip / My Bets. It may appear before and during events, depending on the odds and game status. The cash-out value is determined by your wager’s current worth, which takes into account changes in odds, the current score, and, for parlays, any legs that have already been graded.

The trading team at Bally Bet works hard to grade all games and events as quickly as possible!

Typically, you can expect all wagers on a game to be settled within an hour after it ends, and often it’s even faster. However, for larger events with multiple wager types and prop bets, it might take a little longer.

• American Odds:

  • Positive numbers (e.g., +200) show how much you could win on a $100 bet.
    Example: +200 means a $100 bet would return $200 in profit, plus your $100 stake ($300 total).
  • Negative numbers (e.g., -150) indicate how much you need to wager to win $100.
    Example: -150 means you must bet $150 to win $100 (your total return would be $250).

• Decimal Odds:

  • Show your total return (profit plus original stake) for every $1 wagered.
    Example: 3.75 odds mean a $10 bet yields $37.50 in total return ($10 × 3.75).

• Fractional Odds:

  • Represent potential profit relative to your stake, not including the original bet in the fraction itself.
    Example: 5/1 (“five to one”) means a $10 bet would result in $50 profit, plus your $10 stake ($60 total return).
    Example: 7/2 means a $10 bet returns $35 profit plus the $10 stake ($45 total).

How to Change Your Odds Format:

• Log in to your account.
• Select the ‘Sports’ tab.
• Scroll down to ‘Settings.’
• Under General, choose your preferred Odds Format.

Voided bets are refunded if a game is canceled or not completed. For more details on specific situations, please take a look at our house rules.

This can include things like wagering on prohibited markets or placing bets on events where the outcome is already known—whether due to system errors or not—and any wagers that go against our terms and policies.

To see your awarded Bonus Bets or Free Bets:

• Go to the Account Menu.
• Under Wallet, select History, then 'Reward History'.
• In the Rewards Type drop-down menu, choose 'Bonus Bets'.

This will show you the Date, Bet ID, Type, and Amount of any Bonus Bets awarded to your account.

Important Information: To keep things simple and secure, you can have only one active payment method at a time. If your balance is over $10, you won’t be able to change your deposit method.

To add your payment method, just follow these steps:

Before You Withdraw
Please make sure the following are complete:

• Your email address is verified.

A few important notes based on your deposit method:

• If your most recent deposit was made with a credit card, you’ll need to withdraw using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
• If your most recent deposit was made with a debit card, your withdrawal must go back to that same card.
• If your balance is over $10, you won’t be able to update your deposit method. However, if you already have an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) account, you may use it to withdraw your funds.

We know location errors can be frustrating—especially when you’re in Ontario or Alberta, where online play is allowed. If you’re near a border, your device might have trouble pinpointing your exact location, which can cause a false error.

You can only place real money bets while physically in Ontario or Alberta, where your account is registered. Geolocation confirms your location for safe, legal play.

You can still access your account, make deposits or withdrawals, and manage settings from anywhere in Canada, but real money wagers only work inside the registered province of Ontario or Alberta.

If you leave the province during a game, your session will end automatically, but any pending wagers are safely saved until you return.
