How do I Self-Exclude?
Self-exclusion is available to Bally Bet players in both Ontario and Alberta.
We completely understand and fully support your decision to step back from gaming. Prioritizing your well-being is incredibly important, and taking a break is a responsible and courageous choice. Below, you'll find clear steps on how to self-exclude from Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino, along with the options available to you. Remember, you're never alone—we're here for you every step of the way.
In both Ontario and Alberta, there are two ways to self-exclude:
- Exclude yourself across all regulated operators in your province — a province-wide exclusion managed by an independent program (BetGuard in Ontario, or the AGLC Self-Exclusion Program in Alberta).
- Exclude yourself from Bally Bet only — using the self-exclusion tools available directly within your Bally Bet account.
Choose the province and option below that best fits your needs.
