How to Request Account Closure

If you wish to close your Bally Bet account, simply contact our 24/7 Support Team.

Once your request is received, your account will be closed immediately and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Not Ready for Permanent Closure? 

If you don’t want to close your account permanently, you can use the Account Cool Off option. This allows you to take a break for a fixed term between 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months. Simply set this up from the Responsible Gaming page. Once set, a Cool Off period cannot be ended early.

Remaining Account Balance and Funds

Please withdraw any remaining balance from your account before requesting closure, as you won’t be able to access the account once it’s closed. If your account is already closed and there are still funds remaining, our Customer Service team can help you retrieve your money—just reach out to us.

BetGuard lets you opt out of all regulated online gambling in Ontario. It’s your decision and it’s both simple and secure. BetGuard is available to those 19 or older.
